Induction furnace based on IGBT Panel based (30-ton capacity with cooling system), Make-Inductotherm, India. 3. Dust Collection & fume Extraction system (with Ducting P&ID), Make-Neoairtech, India. 4. Shot Blasting Machines (Tumb blast, Online &Hanger type), Make- Gostal. 5. Sand plant 40 TPH capacity with Cooling Drum. Basic Knowledge of PM, Periodic& breakdown activities handling of Precision machines: - 1. CNC Router and lath machine 2. Plating Plant (Barrel type)- Make Growell. PM & Breakdown handling of Utility Equipment like Compressor and Cooling Tower etc. Plant Maintenance (Checkup of HVAC, Building Structure, Regular utilities with building infrastructure maintenance) Planning & Execution of Planned Maintenance activity on day-to-day basis.
