OCR is a scanner that already captures documents' names. ● We have reviewed whether OCR indexes them correctly or not. ● Maintaining home loan batches data in excel sheet.
Working on Purchase, Refinance and HBA loans. ● Working on agency, non-agency, FHA and VA portfolios. ● Creating a checklist for each and every loan using type of Loan, Loan Number, and HLA ID As per checklist and DU conditions we have to look for the documents like income, asset, credit and Purchase Agreement. ● We are reviewing Customer Identification Program and Credit Box Review. ● If the file is Purchase then we have to review the Purchase Agreement. ● Have to look for alternative documents as well as discrepancies. ● If all the conditions are fulfilled then we will move forward it to the underwriter otherwise ask for the remaining documents.
Knowledge about 4’C of Underwriting ● Update check list as per loan investigation ● Update the document aliasing and create a checklist for each every loan type of loan, loan number, HLA id. ● Working on retail, Direct and correspondence loan for Agency, Non Agency, FHA and VA, review purchase, refinance, construction refinance, and constructionpermanent and other loan. ● Verify bank details for monthly statements or missing pages, type of accounts, large deposits and other activity. ● Verify paystub, W2, Tax return, Tax return business, Verification of Employment and License documents for income and employment. ● Working on encompassing software.
Ordering and Upload Appraisal Report along with Review. ● Follow up via emails with Loan officers and Appraisal Management. ● Company (AMC) (Inspection Schedule, Due date, Payment from LO or Escrow). ● Solving Loan officers Query on emails (Revision request and Fee inquiries). ● Handling Escalation regarding Delayed Appraisal Report. ● Using LOS (Encompass) and AMC websites to update Dashboard.
