Handling all books of accounts upto finalisation. ➢ Handling Cash & Bank Transactions. ➢ Verifying Ledger Accounts, Bank Book and Cash Book on monthly basis. ➢ Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement. ➢ Preparing General Correspondence with Debtors, Creditors, Bankers, Society & others. ➢ Preparing details for scrutiny assessment proceedings of Individuals / Companies as required by Income Tax Department. ➢ Making online payments of TDS, GST, Profession Tax & EPF Challans. ➢ Preparation of monthly / quarterly GST Returns & e-TDS Returns. ➢ Downloading Form 16A TDS certificates form TRACES site quarterly. ➢ Preparation of Profession Tax Return annually. ➢ Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account of Individual, Firm, Company & Trust. 2 ➢ Verifying the expense bills received from service providers and to deduct TDS if applicable. ➢ Handling Audit work with Auditors. ➢ All correspondence letters related to Income Tax Dept. / GST / PF and all statutory matters. ➢ Preparation of Agreement, Deed, MOU etc. and other legal documents. ➢ Preparation of Purchase Orders, Invoices, Delivery Challans, E-way Bills etc. ➢ Preparation of Statement of Salary. ➢ Having knowledge of preparing Resolutions, Minute Book, Share Certificates, Statutory Registers etc. of the Company and various ROC forms, Annual Return etc and uploading the same at MCA site. ➢ Extensive work over the Management.
Maintaining all accounts on computer, preparing Cash / Bank / Journal Vouchers, data entries of all account documents like purchase bills, sales bills, debit & credit notes, bank receipts, payments vouchers and journal vouchers etc. in accounting package Tally. ➢ Verifying receipts from party as per our sales bill. ➢ Preparing General Correspondence with debtors, bankers & others. ➢ Making all banking transactions i.e. preparing cheques, pay orders & handling daily petty cash book. ➢ Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement. ➢ Assisting Senior Accountant in finalisation work.
Making accounts writing in Tally as per our clients. (i. e. Shares & Securities, Investment & Finance Companies A/c, Society’s A/c, Proprietor’s A/c & Film Line A/c) ➢ Preparing Individual’s Balance Sheet, Capital Account & Computation of Total income. ➢ Filing Form-16, 16A & other income tax related forms as per CA’s requirements. ➢ Preparing Income Tax Return forms of clients. ➢ Assisting Chartered Accountant in finalization work i.e. preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet
