To Analyze & finalize the Balance sheet of the Company as per Schedule VI of Companies act 2013, Indian Accounting standards & GAAP. • Consolidate the P&L & Balance sheets of the branches • Lead & supervise the Accounts of Group companies • Monitor the punctuality & accuracy in tax compliances like TDS, GST, Advance tax, PF, PT & ESIC • Attend various hearing for the notices from the GST, Income Tax, &Service Tax. • Manage Statutory audit • To apply & avail for the various tax registration certificates like GST, PT,PF & Shop establishment • Avail funds for the company for Working capital requirement
To Analyze & finalize the Balance sheet of the Company as per Schedule VI of Companies act 2013, Indian Accounting standards & GAAP. • Consolidate the P&L & Balance sheets of the branches • Lead & supervise the Accounts team of 30+ subordinates • Monitor the punctuality & accuracy in tax compliances like TDS, GST, Advance tax, PF, PT & ESIC • Attend various hearing for the notices from the GST, Income Tax, Service Tax, ED, DRI, Sales tax & other • Manage various audits like stock audit of the bankers, Statutory audit, Internal audit, Secretarial audit & Transfer pricing audit • To apply & avail for the various tax registration certificates like GST, PT,PF & Shop establishment Finance Management: • Avail, operate & control the fund for Organization (Secured/Unsecured) received from Banks, NBFCs & others for the Working capital & capital investment requirement • Avail a credit rating for the organization from SMERA, CARE & CRISIL • Prepare & arrange various documents require for the IPO of the organization • Manage the valuations of the properties & avail the title search of the same • Avail various required certificates demanded by the financers / bankers • Renewal of short term limits with banks like Cash credit & Letters of credit • Negotiate & avail the Insurance for the stock & properties of the organization Reports & MIS: • Prepare monthly MIS for the Management & quarterly / half yearly MIS for the bankers • Prepare yearly budget & control the same during the year • To conduct a quarterly internal stock audit with an internal team System (Projects): • Finalize the SAP system vendors & implement the same
Finalization of Books of Accounts • Reply the queries of Auditors • Timely completion of Statutory Compliances (TDS, VAT, Service Tax, PF, PT, Advance Tax) • Weekly MIS & Budgetary Control • Banking & Finance (CC A/c & TL A/c) • Deferred Revenue recognition • Income tax & Sales tax Assessments for group companies
