Monitum is automated ATM/POS monitoring Application. In this we received feed from ATM/Bank in different ways. On the basis of received feed we raise the tickets or close the raised tickets. The cure is manual Assets monitoring tool. The main functionality of cure is to generate/raise ticket against the configured Asset/terminal. Once ticket will raise it will be resolved/monitored by Asset level configured user. Users - There is different type of users/role like Help Desk,Engineer,AM,TE etc. Once ticket is generated it may flows from one user bucket to another as per there requirment. Technologies used- Asp.net, SQL
C# , ASP.Net,ADO.Net, MsSql,HTML,CSS,Bootstrap In this project I have used C#and it's .Net framework for backend coding. MsSql is used for database related tasks.
