➢ In this Job my company name is VNF Ideas Pvt. Ltd. But I was working for Fraazo company. ➢ In this company I am working under Pricing Team. ➢ Fraazo company is an online shopping app for ordering fresh fruits & vegetables. ➢ I was making prices of fruits & vegetables with the help of other competitors. ➢ We are comparing the competitors prices to make our price with average. ➢ Whole work is depend upon excel. ➢ I have a knowledge about excel like Vlookup, Hlookup & pivot table etc. & shortcut keys. ➢ We are scrapping prices twice in a day.

This job is on contract basis. From Open View Technologies Pvt. Ltd. I have work with my client (Client Name - Liberty General InsurancePVT. LTD). All work is dependent upon portal. After updated on portal Also, I must update on excel sheet. Sometimes I must use VLOOKUP formula to cross check the entry on excel sheet. I also use a shortcut key on excel. My whole work is dependent upon excel and advanced excel (VLOOKUP, Hlookup, SUMIF & Pivot table). I have continued this job till date with (Designation of IT billing and Procurement). In this designation also my whole work is dependent upon excels and advanced excels. Raising the bill of Vendors in pare system. Downloading TDS Certificate and Mailed to vendors. Bill raised in Pare system, after payment is done all payment details, we will mail to our vendors. I also know how to use SAP. In SAP, I know how to create PO and GRN. In a week how much we have bill raised, every Friday our pare support team mail me to recheck the statusof bills with the help of VLOOKUP formula. I also updating all our mean masters with the help of VLOOKUP formula. I also updating our finance master which is mail by our finance team to me. I am also do follow up with our PMs to get invoices on time. Whenever I get sheet form our Team leader, I must add new entry in mean sheet to do follow up with ourvendors. I know how to coordinate with our vendors and how to mail. I know how to use Sum if formula in excel.

➢ Handling day to day updation of Report in QC and forward to reporters. ➢ Operating Microsoft excel with using VLOOKUP, hlookup, pivot tables and other formulas. ➢ Verification of address make data entry and maintain data. Police verification with police clearance serviceweb site. ➢ Whole work is dependent upon excel. I used most excel work with. ➢ I have also done the work of education check. ➢ I have also done the data entry of address check. ➢ I have also done the data entry of police clearance service (pcs) process. ➢ In this (pcs) process I also coordinate with my client. ➢ Police clearance service it is a website to fill all details of employee.
