Preparation & review of Financials Statement’s and their timely delivery (based on SLA). Preparation & review of Bank Reconciliation. Review and quality analysis of financial statements. (IS and GL review) Preparing Balance sheet reconciliation every month. Completing any other assigned project/ client activities in timely and effective manner. Reviewing and recording monthly payroll and payroll accrual. Suggestions to improve the quality levels, effective use of various reports, productivity improvements. Communicating through emails/calls with US counterparts to meet process deliverables. Review of exception and escalation from clients. Month end closing accounting. Preparation for various MIS required on Daily and Monthly basis. Updating logs, timesheets and other MIS on timely basis. Follow process notes/ process maps and update on regular intervals when process changes Impart training on the Preparation & Review of Financial Statements to other team members as instructed. Training personnel on the Client System, Application Software (Microsoft -Great Plains, FRX, etc)
