Job profile (Employee strength around 1000, 4 locations, HO Mumbai, Surat, MP and Dahej Factories):- Handling payroll part of joining formalities of new recruits such as filling up of statutory forms under PF & ESI, Income tax related forms such as Form 12 B and investment declarations as well as opening corporate salary accounts of the new recruits. Payroll processing, Income Tax calculation of employees, issuance of tax projections, updation of investments, issuance of Form 16 and filing of eTDS returns. Ensure coverage & submission of nomination forms to the Trusts for PF, Superannuation and Gratuity, taking care of settlements of claims by Co-ordinating with the Trusts, submission of periodical returns and statements to the Trusts. Statutory compliance under PF, ESI, MLWF right from filing the Nomination forms upto preparing and filing of periodical returns, guiding employees on benefits / claims etc and handling the Inspections. Managing quarterly and annual actuarial valuation of leaves, PF, and Gratuity by Co-ordinating with actuary, Finance teams of company and handling audit of actuarial data before finalization. Handling Full and final settlements of left employees. Handling Internal, Statutory, Tax audit of Payroll and compliances.

Joining formalities of new recruits such as filling of statutory, Insurance and taxation forms, collection of experience and education qualification certificates and guiding employee on TDS and statutory deductions. Payroll processing (Customized software from a Payroll vendor), Income Tax calculation of employees, issuance of tax projections, updation of investments, issuance of Form 16 and filing of eTDS returns. Full and final settlements and taking care of Superannuation policy. Employee Insurance such as Group Mediclaim and Group Accident policies. Statutory compliance under PF, ESI, MLWF right from filing the Nomination forms upto preparing and filing of periodical returns, guiding employees on benefits / claims etc and handling the Inspections.
