Basically, we prepare Passenger Listing, Bill of Exchange, and Invoices for client. So, in here company is to do same work on daily basis with the high amount of data. I have automated those reports using basic macros and pivot formulas which helps us to save time by doing repetitive work on daily basis, also it helps us to maintain our quality standards. Also prepared master data file which will help us to maintain back dated records and we can get it whenever it is required

In Sutherland I started my journey as Sr. Consultant in PRA Flown team COPA project and in 2015 got promoted as Subject Matter Expert. E-ticket and manual coupons quality to be done on a weekly & monthly basis also follow-up on queries raised to client & internal staff queries All Operational reports, Flight reconciliation report and Monthly flown reports to be created & delivered to client as per agreed timeline In here I have got an experience of all the operational work and deliverable reports. I have got Star Performer of the month for two times in a year. Afterwards I have moved to Interline team with the same perspective. In this team have got entire Interline process training and experience of Rejection processing as well as Prime Inward.

In WNS worked with Kingfisher Airline (IT 090) in Refunds Team for one year. In Refunds team we use to Raise a Agency Credit Memo's (ACM) for the respective Airline in BSP link, hence able to work on BSP link smoothly also can smartly work on Sabre (Computer Reservation System) Also worked as a Quality Checker of the team. There after I have moved with Virgin Atlantic Direct Sales Team. Where we work on their system called RPA (Rene Perez Associate).Using this system we worked on Virgin Atlantic Airways tickets. Work is to check if ticket issued with correct FARE & TAXES. These all things we calculate with the help of CRS called Babel (Computer Reservation System). Taken initiative to work on client queries, flown not Reported Tickets, have maintained Quality & Productivity for every month.
