Efficient at handling accounting upto finalization including ledger scrutiny, identify and resolve exception accounts, draw reconciliations statements and align key accounts as per agreements wherever applicable. Prepare financial statements including balance sheet, Profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, notes to accounts and other financial reports to keep a track of financial performance. Efficient at handling audit team with respect to accounting information and ensure timely closures of audits. Preparing financial reports, MIS and other exhibits as requested as well as day-to-day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas. Supervise and perform Payroll entries to ensure accuracy. Perform accounting for Investments including Shares, Bonds, Mutual Funds. Control and review key accounts and undertake reconciliation exercise for variances. Handle routine accounts documentation in organized manner to ensure quick retrieval.
Compute income tax for private limited company, individuals and partners including process advance taxes. Prepare and review tax audit reports and filing thereof. Compute and review Capital Gain & Loss Statements for income tax purpose. Handle income tax notices and assist in submitting appropriate responses along with accounting information and supportings.
Computation of GST liability and processing GST returns including to ensure other GST compliances. Perform reconciliation of GST returns with Year End Adjustment entries as per audit as per CA assistance.26AS Reconciliation & filing TDS & TCS return Quarterly & monthly Payment. Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes and filing of returns for timely completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliances including GST, Income tax, PF and other routine taxes.
Manage Order to Payment process. Track and followup with clients to manage trade receivables. Handle other routine HR / Payroll compliances. Handle and manage personal accounts and income taxes of Directors / Partners. Prepare and submit Import – Export documents and liaison with bankers.
